2. Sponsor & Contractor CRM

How to Get Sponsors for Your Rodeo
Marketing
We’ve added additional ways that you can grow your ticket sales and ticket revenue:
- Upselling
- Cross Promotion
- Ticket Group Discount
- Customer CRM
- Additional Email Recipient Options
- Extra Abandoned Cart Email Followup
1. Upselling
Before a fan finishes their ticket order, you can highlight other offers based on their selection. You can highlight your parking passes or another event time that they might be interested in. The ability to upsell helps you grow your sales.
2. Cross Promotion
Advertise your other rodeos and clubs from your ticket purchase confirmation page. If someone got tickets to your spring rodeo, they might want to get tickets for your fall rodeo, too.
3. Ticket Group Discount
Automatically advertise group discounts on your ticketing page and apply them automatically to eligible orders. You don’t have to manage extra promo codes, and you can choose what performances are eligible for a group discount and how many tickets qualify.
4. Customer CRM
Get granular information about your customers – ticket purchases, donations, merchandise, and registration. You can also see what emails they opened and if they’ve left you any reviews.
5. Additional Email Recipient Options
Send emails to people waiting in your queue or on your waitlist. You can also include people who signed up for an email notification when ticket sales open in your marketing campaigns.
Anyone in your queue or waitlist who didn’t end up getting tickets automatically get added to your email notification list, so you can include them in future email marketing sends.

6. Extra Abandoned Cart Email Followup
Expand the effectiveness of your abandoned cart emails – we’ve added three customizable automated emails to our original one. You can automate additional follow up 24 hours, three days, and seven days after cart abandonment.

Financials
We’ve increased our revenue protection options, financial analysis, and payment options for rodeos and their fans:
- Event Cancellation Insurance
- Fee & Tax Payment Flexibility
- Revenue & Spending Forecasting
- Ticket Deposits
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
- Split Payments for Point-of-Sale (POS) & Director Sales
- Schedule Ticketing & Registration Invoices
1. Event Cancellation Insurance
We now offer event cancellation insurance to rodeos. When you create your rodeo or copy it to next year, indicate that you’d like to have event cancellation insurance. Once you’ve indicated you’d like it, a 2.5% fee on the ticket price is added when your fans buy tickets. We pay the insurance company and help you with a claim when needed. It’s no additional cost or extra work for you.

2. Fee & Tax Payment Flexibility
You now have more options for choosing who pays the service fee and sales tax. If desired, you can choose to split the service fee between you and the cardholder. If desired, you can cover the sales tax or pass it along to the cardholder to pay on top of your ticket price.
3. Revenue & Spending Forecasting
Forecast your spending and revenue with our software, and track your progress in real-time. All revenue processed through Rodeo Ticket’s system is automatically tracked. You can add external revenue and add expenses to understand your rodeo’s financial viability.
4. Ticket Deposits
Allow your attendees to split up their payments for expensive tickets. Customize what tickets you allow deposits for, the minimum percentage people must deposit, and when they need to pay the remaining balance by.
5. Apple Pay & Google Pay
It’s faster for your fans to complete their orders because we now accept Apple Pay and Google Pay, so they don’t have to type their credit card details.
6. Split Payments for Point-of- Sale (POS) & Director Sales
You can split payments at the box office with our POS app and from the backend completing a sale as a director.
7. Schedule Ticketing & Registration Invoices
You can now schedule ticket invoices and registration invoices to be emailed at a different date. This flexibility makes it easy to finish your invoices and get them sent to your fans on time.
Data
With more data, you can make better decisions and identify opportunities for your rodeo:
1. Median Order Stats
Get to know your typical buyer by understanding your typical order. We now show you the median order dollar value, ticket quantity, and time to complete checkout. With this information, you can plan marketing campaigns and implement strategies to increase your order value and ticket quantities.
We opted to show the median over the average because an unusually large order can skew the results.
2. New Preset Marketing Source Reports
Understand how people are finding your ticketing pages and registration pages, what devices they’re using, and how much revenue comes from each source. You’ll know which channels are driving the most revenue for your rodeo and can make better marketing decisions going forward.
3. More Email Stats
We’ve added more stats to make it easier to measure the effectiveness of your emails and marketing campaigns. Look at open rates, click through rates, and conversion rates for each of your emails. Identify what makes an effective subject line and email message, then continue those practices in future emails.
4. Custom Graphs UI Revamp
We’ve revamped how our custom graphs builder works so it’s easier to create reports and graphs. We still have our pre-built reports for rodeo committees, so you may already find the reports you need.
