Rodeo Ticket Attendee FAQ
Putting on a rodeo? Check out our Rodeo Committee FAQ.
What do I do if I can’t find my confirmation email?
If you can’t find your confirmation email, try checking your promotions tab and spam. Note: If you ordered your tickets to pick up at Will Call, you won’t see them in your confirmation email.
If the above isn't applicable, and it’s still not showing up, search for your order from our Find My Order page. From this page, select the rodeo you bought tickets for. Then, provide the requested information. If we can verify your order, you can resend your confirmation email. If not, please contact us.
What do I do if my confirmation email doesn’t have my tickets?
You may have purchased tickets to pick up at Will Call, so your tickets won’t appear in your confirmation emails.
Some rodeos send tickets a day or two before the performance, so you should be getting another confirmation email closer to the performance with your tickets. If you don’t see that, double check your order from our Find My Order page. Then, take your confirmation email to the rodeo. The rodeo will be able to look up your order and scan you in.
Can you resend my tickets or QR codes?
Yes. Verify your order from our Find My Order page. If our system has found your order, then you can get your tickets resent.
If you have trouble verifying your order, please contact us.
Can I get a refund?
Each rodeo has its own refund policies. If you’d like a refund, reach out directly to the rodeo.
Who do I ask if I have questions about the rodeo?
Try looking at the rodeo website or at the rodeo’s social media accounts. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, reach out directly to the rodeo committee or office staff. These people will have the most current and accurate information on rodeo details. We work with rodeos across the United States and Canada, and we’re limited in what information we have.
I bought tickets to a rodeo, but they wouldn’t accept them at the gate. What can I do?
Sometimes scalpers buy tickets and resell them multiple times. If the rodeo won’t accept the tickets, they may have been scanned by someone else.
Rodeo Ticket is not a ticket reseller. We only sell tickets for rodeos we work with directly.
Can I switch my ticket to someone else?
You can send tickets from your order to someone else by clicking the “Manage Order” button in your confirmation email. From the page that loads, click “Send Tickets”, then select which tickets you’d like to send.
I have a charge on my card I don’t recognize. Can you give me more information?
Absolutely! If you bought rodeo tickets recently for a rodeo that uses our platform, you’ll see a charge from either Rodeo Ticket or Race Registration Online. If you have more questions about the specific charge on your card, please contact us.
Why won’t my payment go through?
There are several reasons your card may be declined. Your card may have been flagged as stolen, so try another card. Or, reach out to the rodeo directly to complete your order.
What does this Zettle charge mean?
We use PayPal’s Zettle point-of-sale (POS) for in-person box office transactions. So, you may see a charge that has Zettle in the name.
Why is my order flagged as suspicious?
You may have triggered our system that monitors orders. If you’re trying to make a legitimate order, reach out to the rodeo directly.
Why was my order blocked?
You may have triggered our system that works to prevent fraud. If you’re trying to make a legitimate order, contact the rodeo directly.
