RODEO FANS... You need to plan on attending the Jack Pine RoundUp for the 6th Annual Bulls, Broncs & Barrels Rodeo held at the Jim Haswell arena in Idaho City, ID on August 22-23, 2025. Don't miss this event...Come 'PARTY IN THE PINES' at the JACK PINE ROUNDUP!

This isn't your average weekend. It's a two-day action-packed event with bull riding, bronc riding and barrel racing in our main event.  We also provide amazing mini and junior rodeo action in our pre-rodeo show.

You'll be entertained by our professional and notable Rodeo Announcer, Lee Dagget and our Rodeo Clown Tuffy Gesling throughout both performances.

This is a family friendly event and all are welcome.  Plan on coming, it's a Boot Scoot'n good time!!!

We have exciting and fun youth events that your kids can participate in.  Plus, 100 The Hard Way for our adult spectator game.  You'll have an awesome variety of vendors that will give you plenty of options to choose from to fill your bellies with yummy foods, cool & refreshing drinks, sweet treats or even purchase some western nick knacks or gear if you desire.  

LOCATION: 

Jim Haswell Rodeo Arena is located Highway 21 in Idaho City, ID about 1/4 mile North of the visitors center.  You'll see the arena from the Hwy, you can't miss it!  It's approximately a 45-minute drive from Boise and you get to be in the beautiful pines to experience our jaw dropping performances.

No coolers, glass containers or pets allowed.  You can bring your own lawn chair - recommend to show up early to claim your spot. We do have bleacher seating and several picnic tables for our spectators to utilize.  It's first-come-first-serve, no assigned seating.
