Gold Country Pro Rodeo Description

The beautiful, historic city of Auburn has been hosting a rodeo for 88 years and the tradition continues this year with 2 action packed performances. Fun for the whole family.

The Gold Country Pro Rodeo is co-produced by Cotton Rosser/FlyingU Rodeo Company and EzEvents, Inc. Cotton Rosser has been producing professional rodeos since 1959.

The rodeo is held at the Gold Country Fairgrounds in Auburn, California, in the McCann Stadium. We kick off the Gold Country Pro Rodeo celebration at 6 pm on Wednesday night at Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram with a dummy roping contest, food, and fun, followed by the Official Preparty on Friday night and the Offical Rodeo Party on Saturday. The rodeo runs two days – both Saturday and Sunday, rain or shine. You won’t want to miss the pro bull riding, bronc riding, and team roping, to name just a few of the highlights of the rodeo program. So bring your family and friends and have some fun!
