In addition to a great ticketing platform, Rodeo Ticket also offers registration for various events.
Registration can be used for anything you’d like. Most often rodeos will use it to have participants sign up for contests such as mutton bustin’ or money calf chasing. You could even set up a form for vendors to register on. The form can even be used to sign up contestants. Our registration form allows you to be more organized when setting up the various events and you know exactly how many participants you will have. You will be able to email them next year now that you will have their contact information. This form will simplify collecting data, payments, and electronic waivers.
In case you have multiple events you would like people to register for, you can create several different categories. When you create a new category you can choose the name, price, when the registration ends, if there is a participant limit, or min/max age limit.
Another option you have is to have teams set up in these categories. If you’re having a team contest, participants can select team names while you can choose the price and maximum team members.
Creating a registration form that fits the needs of your rodeo is important. That is why Rodeo Ticket has created all kinds of customized features for your registration form. You can select the colors you want, or even upload a background image. Adding the logo to the form also makes your form look professional. Rodeo Ticket has common questions already built that you can use. You can also create your own custom questions if there are other things you need as a rodeo director.
Advanced settings: Here you can enable/disable a background image. You can also upload a banner to go across the top of the page. Editing the opacity changes the form so you can see background images behind. Here are also the premade standard questions that you can enable or disable.
Background and Foreground Color: If you don’t want a background image you can choose the colors of the background and foreground to match your rodeo.
Add Question: This modal has some templates that you can use, or you can create your own questions. There are several options for the answers, you can do dropdowns, rado, checkboxes, even text boxes. After you select what type of question you want, you then will type in the question in the question box. Adding options allows you to fill in the answers the participants can choose from. There are several checkboxes toward the bottom so you can make the question required or what categories it applies to.
Promote Your Rodeo: There is another button on the form that you can click on that takes you to the ad purchasing page that will feature your rodeo on our website.
Waiver: Rodeo Ticket has its own waiver that participants will sign at checkout, but you can also create your own. This can contain any legal matters or some information you’d like the participants to know. Waivers are also very beneficial to protect your rodeo in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.
As a rodeo director or event organizer, you can download a page with the information the participants have filled out on the form. This allows you to see a list of the names, shirt sizes, phone numbers, etc.
A good way to grow your event is to offer a group discount. Advertising a group discount will motivate people to get their friends/families to join in on the contests to get as many participants as you can. You can select a particular amount off the registration or a percentage off.
Rodeo Ticket gives you full access to create a volunteer registration form. You can create new jobs, times, locations. All of the volunteers who want to register can select exactly when they want to volunteer.
All in one platform. You can manage and view all of the information for ticketing and registration all in one place.
More sponsor exposure. Your sponsor’s logos can be viewed on the registration pages.
Simplified registration means you can get all of the information you need from participants in one form.
Easy to view and download the data you need.
