IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Sponsor Benefits:
- Full payment must be received before sponsor benefits are awarded.
- Bucking Chute Banner spaces are limited and will be assigned to the (7) highest sponsors (awarded based on the date that the full sponsorship payment is received).
VIP Area Reservations & Restrictions:
- VIP Tickets must be reserved in advance, or they will be donated (see Important Deadlines below).
- VIP Area has an age restriction. Children under the age of 13 will not be allowed for safety reasons. Nursing infants will be permitted. If you or your guests have children under the age of 13, please let the Sponsorship Chair know and we can exchange your VIP tickets for General Admission tickets. (Exceptions may be made for the family of our Fallen Hero Tribute.
- Patriotic, Corporate, & Platinum Sponsors – We will reserve seating along the rodeo arena for 1 hour after the VIP Area opens. If your seats are not claimed by this time, we reserve the right to invite other sponsors to those seats.
Important Deadlines: The dates listed below are firm and are based on the needs of our printers & caterer.
- April 15th – Email or upload your high-resolution "print-ready" artwork by this date for it to be included on printed publicity pieces, including the t-shirt, banners, flag & Pocket Guide (depending on sponsorship level). No edits will be made. If you wish to use multiple versions of your artwork, send your specific requests via email to the Sponsorship Chair.
May 15th – VIP Ticket RSVPs must be submitted to the Sponsorship Chair via email. We will need to know how many of the allotted VIP tickets you wish to claim for each rodeo. Sponsor VIP Tickets that are not claimed by this date will be forfeited and may be donated to military service members that are supporting our event, or other key volunteers that make the Valley Center Stampede Rodeo & Memorial Festival possible.
Sponsorship Policy: The Valley Center Stampede Rodeo, Inc. reserves the right to decline any sponsorship that does not align with our mission, values, or event standards.

- Credit card (5% processing fee incurred by Valley Center Stampede Rodeo)
