4th of July Celebration Parade and Mutton Busting Waiver
By signing this waiver, I understand that participation in the 4th of July Celebration parade or Mutton Busting (the "Event") involves certain risks and dangers to me and to my property, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Silver State Stampede Association, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees"), from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, or liability of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, or liability of any kind whatsoever, including attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
Mutton Busting Information
Children 4 to 8 years old must weight LESS THAN 65 LBS.
If they weight more than 65 Lbs., they will not be allowed to ride and you will forfeit your entry fee.
Entries limited to 20 each performance and contestants can enter only once per rodeo weekend.
Contestants must be at the fairgrounds at least 30 minutes prior on the day they enter to ride.
ALL contestants must wear western attire (long pants and long sleeve shirt).
6 second rides will receive a score. All rides will be timed.
No ropes, spurs, or riding backwards.
Entry fee is non-refundable.
Decision of the judge is final.
The undersigned agree to all rules set forth by the Silver State Stampede and herby assumes all responsibility for any injuries incurred at the rodeo.
