Dear Prospective Vendor:
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Marysville Stampede Rodeo.
We DO NOT accept vendors who sell any type of Western wear, cowboy hats etc..
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY VENDOR. We have many vendors that come each year so make sure you are not selling something we might already have. Please fill out the form completely and return to our office as soon as possible so we can have an idea how many and what types of vendors we are going to have in order to plan where to place them.
We will need to know how many people will be working in your booth so that we can
issue you the correct number of credentials needed for gate access. Please only include
actual workers in your booth, as we cannot accommodate family members or friends
who just wish to watch the rodeo. Your booth must be manned at all times.
Rodeo start times are Saturday 9/14 @ 5:00PM and Sunday 9/15 @ 3:30PM . Please be
set up no later 2 hours prior to rodeo start times. Once the rodeo admission gate is set
up, we will not allow vehicle access through the gate. All vehicles must go through the
contestant gate located at the lower North corner of the park by the boat dock area.
Vehicles must parked either down by that gate or just inside the gate. Absolutely no
vehicles are to be parked inside the main entrance on the paved parking lot or in the VIP
parking section just past the nature/picnic area. If your vehicle is left there it will be
towed at your expense. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
All food vendors will also be responsible for completing the necessary paperwork
required by the Yuba County Health Department.
Food Vendors agree to NO HOME FOOD PREPARATION OR STORAGE ALLOWED!
The following facilities/equipment will be provided as per Temporary Food Facility Requirements:
- Metal Probe Thermometer
- Handwashing Facility
- Utensil Washing Facility
- Toilets w?Handwashing Facility
- Food Booth Enclosure
- Food Enclosure
- Liquid Waste Container
- Potable Water Supply
ALL VENDORS THAT ARE ON THE CONCRETE PARKING LOT MUST FACE IN
TOWARDS THE LOT, NOT TOWARDS THE RODEO ARENA. WE WILL HAVE
SOME BENCHES/TABLES AND CHAIRS SET UP FOR RODEO ATTENDEES TO
USE TO EAT THEIR FOOD. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO VENDORS THAT ARE
SET UP ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE RODEO ARENA

WAIVER: I, the undersigned participant (and my parent or guardian if I am younger than 18 years of age), intending to be legally bound, do hereby forever release and waive any and all rights, claims, and actions for damages that we, our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns may have, or that may hereafter accrue against any and all persons, organizations, and other entities associated with the event, including, but not limited to Rodeo Ticket, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, , and individual Marysville Stampede organizers, arising out of or in connection with my involvement before, during, or after the event.
I verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event and I assume the risks involved in this activity. I further attest that I will be mindful of hazards around the event, and hold said sponsors and organizers blameless in any harm that may happen.
I also acknowledge understanding that the charge to my card will show up as Rodeo Ticket I acknowledge that the online processing fees and charitable donations are non-refundable. I also acknowledge that any charitable donations will have 4.97% withheld from the donation to pay credit card and administrative costs.
Rodeo Ticket shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible loses. Rodeo Ticket does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information contained in, or provided in conjunction with the http://www.rodeoticket.com website. Rodeo Ticket is not responsible for any omissions or inaccuracies, or for the results obtained from this information.
Rodeo Ticket facilitates registration for various events, some of which allow participants under the age of thirteen (13). We require a submission of birth date for all registration entries. For children under the age of thirteen (13), parental or guardian consent is required.
You agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Utah, USA, will apply to all matters relating to this Agreement and Waiver. You irrevocably consent that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Rodeo Ticket relating to this Agreement and Waiver resides in the courts of Utah, and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Utah in conjunction with any such dispute including any claim involving Rodeo Ticket .
