To maintain this fairness, all online ticket sales are monitored for unusual activity that may suggest automated or bulk purchases intended for resale.
If your order is placed from outside Arizona or involves an unusually large quantity of tickets, it may be temporarily flagged for verification. In such cases, our team will reach out by phone and email. Please respond within 14 calendar days of that contact, otherwise, your order will be canceled and refunded, and your account may be flagged for fraud prevention.
Please note that only tickets purchased directly through our official ticketing platform are guaranteed. We do not honor or support tickets resold through unauthorized third parties. Verification may include confirming your identity and/or purchase intent.
