No reservations will be confirmed without a completed Registration Form and booth fee payment.
Please submit payment with your application. Online applications and payments are preferred.
Corporate vendors/MLM companies are limited to one booth per company and are first-come, first-served. All other small businesses, crafters, and vendors are welcome.
All vendors must have proper permits.
Food vendors are responsible for obtaining required health permits. The Health Inspector will be on site for inspections. Cowboy Days is not responsible if your booth is shut down due to lack of permits.
Health Department: 307-362-3331 (food permit questions only)
We will not allow multiple vendors of the same direct sales business (such as Scentsy, LuLaRoe, Young Living, doTERRA, etc.). These will be strictly first-come, first-served.
Craft and handmade vendors will not be limited, as styles and products vary.
Vendors may not warm, burn, light, or diffuse any scents.
No pets are allowed with vendors except one registered ADA service animal.
Only one vendor type per booth fee.
If you sell handmade items and also represent a direct sales company, two booth fees are required — even if using one booth space.
